The Rosehill range of Flexilon polyurethane elastomers includes products specifically designed to meet the arduous conditions of offshore marine environments.
Flexilon sprayable systems, designed for use in marine buoyancy and fendering applications, are characterised by their tough, abrasion and tear resistant properties.
Flexilon cast elastomers can be specifically formulated to address the insulation needs of sub-sea flow-lines and risers in addition to field-jointing systems for both on and offshore application.
All of the Flexilon offshore elastomer product range has been developed for processing through multi-component meter-mixing equipment at near-ambient temperatures with availability of low-temperature tolerant components to enhance robust processing tolerance in demanding marine environments.
Rosehill now offers a range of mercury-free Flexilon Elastomer systems. These products comprehensibly cover a range of hardness from Shore A to Shore D. As an added benefit, these systems utilise Rosehill's unique market leading "low temperature stable isocyanate" technology.
High Temperature System
Rosehill has also developed a range of high temperature elastomers with Hot-Wet stability of 130℃ which are suitable for field joints and line pipe coating - please enquire for further details.
