Home >>     The range of Holdfast panels is manufactured by Rosehill Polymers on a purpose built plant from recycled tyre rubbers bonded with a special polyurethane formulation under 400 tonnes pressure. Each of the panel grades have their own characteristics and are designed specifically for that end use, however they are all manufactured to the same high standards. Panels are made to fit each individual crossing permutation of Gauge, Rail, Sleeper and Fastener type. The bespoke system is easy to follow no bolts are used to fix the panels, just a simple base plate which pulls the panels together, therefore site installation is fast and simple with no specialised tools required, considerably reducing expensive track closure time. Holdfast panels conform to the specifications of UK network Rail, French national railways SNCF, Greek national railways, Romanian railways and many others including Australia and New Zealand.
